How quickly can you start my project?+
Most clients are onboarded within 5-7 business days of signing the proposal. We hold 1-2 priority slots each month for fast-turnaround projects — mention your deadline in the form and we'll let you know what's possible.
How much does a typical Wix redesign cost?+
Projects range from $2,500 for a focused 5-page redesign up to $25,000+ for custom Wix Studio builds with bespoke integrations. After a 30-minute discovery call we send a fixed-price proposal — no hourly billing surprises.
Do you offer payment plans?+
Yes. Standard terms are 50% to start and 50% on launch. For projects over $10,000 we can split into 3 milestone payments. All invoices are sent through our official invoicing system — never via informal channels.
Will my SEO rankings drop during the redesign?+
No. Every redesign includes a full technical SEO migration plan: 301 redirects, schema preservation, metadata mapping, and post-launch crawl monitoring. Our clients typically see rankings improve within 6-8 weeks of going live.
Can you work with my existing brand and content?+
Absolutely. If you have brand guidelines, logos, copy, or product photography, we'll build around them. If you don't, we offer optional brand and copywriting add-ons.
What happens after the site launches?+
You get 30 days of complimentary post-launch support for bug fixes and small tweaks (60 days if you book through our current promotion). Beyond that, we offer monthly care plans that cover updates, backups, performance tuning, and growth experiments.
Do you only build on Wix?+
Wix is our specialty, but we're platform-agnostic. We also build on Webflow, Framer, Shopify, WordPress, and custom React/Next.js stacks. We'll recommend the best fit during discovery.
How do I know your team is legit?+
Every team member has a verified profile on our Work page, all communication comes from @space.online or @wixexpert.studio addresses, and all payments go through our formal invoicing system. If anything feels off, contact novacore@space.online directly to verify.
